• Do: Bid in multiple categories that your business falls under.
• Do: Look at the bid prices in each Business Category to see what the competition is paying.
• Don't: Bid in categories that don't apply to your business. This will confuse customers and lead to cancellations.

You are not charged more for listing in multiple categories. You only pay for appointments booked.

Selecting Categories

First, select a Category Group in the Add New Search Category drop-down. You can select from the following options:

Next, select a Business Category to list under. Remember that you can bid in multiple categories, so you can always try other categories in the future.

For example, if you owned a beauty salon you might list under "Barbers", "Beauty Salons", and "Hair Salons" all under the main category "Personal Care".

Bidding

Once you have selected a Business Category, you will be able to select how much you want to bid per appointment.

Featured Listing Bid

This is the current bid to be one of the first business featured when customers search for appointments. Bids are specific to locations. The higher your bid per appointment the higher you are listed on the customer searches. Remember, the bid amount is per booked appointment. There is no charge unless you receive an online booked appointment.

Minimum Bid per Appointment

This shows the minimum cost per booked appointment by business category in your location.

Your Bid per Appointment

This is the amount you are willing to pay for each appointment booked online. Pay the minimum to show up as a regular listing or bid more to show up at the top in Featured Listings.

Once you have decided on your bid amount, click 'Add Sesarch Category'. You can always change your bid in the list of Search Categories.
